It’s time to walk your talk.

Your organization has a a mission and a set of values that sound amazing.

You are really showing how much you care about making a positive impact on the world.

You have made a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and antiracism but are still struggling with how to integrate it.

You are trying to figure out how to live into your values and commitments…each and every day.

You need a Culture Code.

Culture Comes First.

Your organizational Culture Code is the guiding document you need to truly live into your commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and antiracism.

The Culture Code answers the question, “How do we live our values as organization so that we make the impact we strive for?”

Hella Social Impact works with organizations over the course of approximately 3-months to write your own, unique organizational Culture Code and create a practical plan for socializing and operationalizing the Culture Code into your organization.

Not only that, we will continue to support you as you lead your cultural transformation for an additional 12-month period as a member of The Hella Community.

How does it work?

Phase One:
The Learning

In this first phase, you will learn the foundations of creating and implementing a Culture Code into your organization—the what, why, and how of Culture Code creation. By the end, you will have what you need to be able to effectively write your Culture Code.

Phase Two:
The Writing + Socialization

Over the course of 1 month, you will draft your Culture Code, receive and integrate feedback, and get prepared to share the "final" document with your entire team. Your team members will be able to share their thoughts on the Culture Code and reflect on how the document applies to them personally and their work in the organization.

Phase Three:
Implementation

In this final phase of the process, we will work with you to create a plan for implementing your Culture Code into the various operations of your business. This is a crucial step to ensuring that your values and commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and antiracism are integrated into everything you do at your organization.

Let’s do the work.
